Description
Part-time responsibility for grower accounting processes for domestic and international growers/partners and Grower Services during off-hours.
Organizational Relationships
• Supervisor: Senior Grower Accountant
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Reconciles SAP sales boards warehouse summary reports when needed
• Verifies that all customer deductions and costs are taken prior to payment daily
Quantitative Data/Job Dimensions
• Balances average of 15 warehouses daily
Requirements
• High school diploma required; Associate degree in accounting with at least 3 years of experience preferred.
• SAP skills a plus (Finance)
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Strong math aptitude and ability to work accurately with numbers
• High level of skill with Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Schedule will be 25 hours per week (5 hours per day); once trained, rotating schedule of every third weekend will be required of maximum 3 hours per weekend day
