What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Contract Administrator position at Natus Medical?
As a TEAMMATE:
The Service Contract Administrator is a key role within the Natus Neuro division, not only for our company but also for the lives of the patients and hospital staff we touch through our products. The Service Contract Administrator's primary responsibility is to manage a defined territory for our service contracts business.
What you'll get to do in this role:
* Sell Natus service contracts and maintain existing customer relationships through pro-active tele sales activity. Generate new service contract quotes and close any new and renewing contracts.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly, and annual sales plan for a given territory.
* Correspond with the District Sales Managers and exchange leads regularly. Undertake deeper account/lead investigations.
* Provide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities.
* Manage the customer database and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
* Assist with audit preparation
* Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Tele sales experience is a must and medical sales a plus.
* Excellent concept selling skills required.
* The ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff is important.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
