SUMMARY :
Natus Sensory, Inc., is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee the environmental health and safety (EHS) aspects of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all EHS regulations, promote a safe and healthy work environment, and manage the maintenance and operations of our facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage the maintenance and operations of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
- Oversee waste management and recycling programs to promote sustainability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure EHS standards are integrated into all operations.
- Provide training and education to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure all employees are knowledgeable about workplace safety practices and procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for facility maintenance and EHS initiatives.
- Maintain records and documentation related to EHS compliance and facility operations.
Travel Required :
Some travel is required, up to 20%
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise and lead employee(s), overseeing hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
