Position: Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plans and executes all customer orders across all site functions and processes, ensuring that orders are shipped on time per the scheduled ship date, achieving customer delivery performance goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide input and assistance for the regular completion of Global Revenue to Go reporting for monthly analysis.
- Focus on daily operations meetings to ensure build plans and schedules are up to date.
- Liaise with worldwide customer service functions and logistics teams to manage order fulfillment, set priorities, manage changes to orders, and investigate and correct deviations.
- Work with Purchasing and Production to achieve firm commitments on material delivery and internal lead-times.
- Manage orders for the Service business, working cooperatively with Production and Warehouse Depot Repair personnel to ensure these orders receive focus and priority throughout the supply chain.
- Report on weekly/monthly KPIs, including on-time delivery performance, orders shipped, shortages, and backorders.
- Ensure all identified training and development activities are followed.
- Work with Finance to expedite and clear all delays on orders.
- Drive improvements to the external supply chain for global deliveries.
- Meet deadlines on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Prepare reports and support data for cross-functional resource planning.
- Identify areas for improvement in the overall order fulfillment process and initiate improvement projects that benefit the business.
- Plan and set order fulfillment priorities in production, warehousing, shipping, and distribution daily.
- Support Planning colleagues by cross-training on key tasks to cover roles.
Travel Required:
Minimal travel required, up to 20%.
Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:
- 3 years' experience in operations within a manufacturing or medical company.
- Excellent influencing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge preferred of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of KPIs and their relationship to performance management.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Computer skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Driven to deliver excellent results.
- Flexibility in supporting quarter-end completions.
- Collaborative and able to work with a global team.

Pay Transparency
Pay Range: $50,000 to $65,000
Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
