What You’ll Do:
As a District Sales Manager for Neurology EEG/Sleep, you’ll own your territory like a boss—driving revenue, building relationships, and making an impact in hospitals and clinics.
🔹 Crush Your Sales Goals – Hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
🔹 Lead the Charge – Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists and collaborate with key hospital stakeholders, KOLs, and strategic partners.
🔹 Showcase Innovation – Organize exhibitions, lead sales demonstrations for MDs and clinical staff, and educate surgeons and medical professionals on our cutting-edge products.
🔹 Be the Expert – Manage leads, track competitor activities, and work with product management to refine our offerings.
🔹 Stay on the Move – With 75% travel, you’ll be engaging with customers across New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and El Paso, Texas, attending trade-shows, and driving business in a competitive market.

What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 5 years of sales experience (capital equipment sales preferred)
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
✔️ Neurology, Neurosurgical, or Medical Device sales experience – and the confidence to be in an OR setting
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills – you know how to build lasting relationships and negotiate like a pro
✔️ Tech-savvy – comfortable with MS Office Suite and CRM systems (Siebel CRM a plus!)
✔️ A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle – because you’ll be on the move!

Natus Pay Transparency:  We are dedicated to promoting transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The compensation package includes a base salary of $65,000 USD per year plus an uncapped commission plan. Additionally, to support our new hires, we offer a monthly commission guarantee for the first six months of employment.
