JOB TITLE: District Sales Manager
SUMMARY:
Responsible for distributor management, sales target including both distributor sales and direct sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following and may include additional duties as assigned:
- Achieve sales target and customer development target and implementation of the company's sales strategy;

- Implement government orders;

- Manage current distributors and potential customers;

- Support distributors for bidding;

- Plan and organize of marketing events in own territory;
区域内各类市场活动的策划与组织;
- Track and manager the orders and payment;
区域内订单、回款跟踪与管理;
- Support relevant product training;
相关产品技术培训;
- Coordinate and follow up after-sales service issues;
协调并跟进售后服务问题;
- Collect market data and competitor info;
市场、竞争对手信息的收集与汇报;
- Submit sale report on time;
按时递交各类销售报告;
- Other assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or above
大专以上学历;
- Above 4 years sales experience of medical devices, including relevant distributor management experience,or above 6 years’ experience in hearing aids industry;
四年以上医疗器械销售经验,具备一定的经销商管理经验;或6年以上助听器验配行业从业经验;
- Familiar with distributor management and development in relevant territory;
熟悉相关区域经销商渠道管理和开发;
- Skilled in office software
良好的计算机应用技能;
- Good in oral and written English
良好的英语阅读及口语能力。
