What You’ll Do:
🔹 Be the Lifeline for Hospitals & Clinics – Install, maintain, train, and service the entire Neurology product line, ensuring healthcare providers can deliver life-changing care to their patients.
🔹 Technical Problem Solver – When no one else can figure it out, you’re the one they call! Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCs, networks, and proprietary hardware/software issues onsite at hospitals and clinics.
🔹 Become a Medical Device Expert – You don’t need to know everything about medical technology now—but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you in our high-quality medical systems and support your professional growth.

What You Bring:
âś… Bilingual in English and French (Required)
âś… Education & Experience: College Diploma OR 2 years of field service technician experience (a mix of both may be considered)
âś… Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of PC hardware/software troubleshooting, configurations, and maintenance
âś… Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking fundamentals and Microsoft applications
âś… Curious & Customer-Focused: Passion for technology and a strong customer service mindset
✅ Ability to Travel Extensively: Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass airport security screenings
âś… Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet medical/vaccination requirements to access customer sites
