Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Remote (USA)
Join our Natus Sensory Team as a Key Account Operations Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to hearing and balance care professionals.
Summary:
As a Key Account Manager at Natus, you will be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing the operational facets of the customer journey for our critical clients. Working closely with the sales team, sales leadership, operations, training, customer service, and Key Accounts, you will deliver tailored solutions to drive business growth to prioritize company resources and implement strategic initiatives to achieve key clients' long-term objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute significantly to generating new sales that foster enduring relationships.
Engage with customers and Key Accounts to conduct discovery sessions on their workflows and business challenges.
Identify needs and recommend solutions to promote Natus business offerings.
Provide regular feedback to management on the status of new and existing business opportunities.
Expand relationships with existing customers by consistently delivering solutions that align with their goals.
Prepare quotes considering relevant criteria and adherence to company terms and conditions.
Liaise with the clinical education team and field support to align key account efforts.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, managing forecasting, safety stock, installations, trainings, and technical support effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams, including operations, finance, field service, technical support, training, global key accounts, and US sales leadership.
Facilitate Key Account contract negotiations.
Maintain pricing, contracts, and service level agreements for all key accounts, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders.
Address customer issues and complaints promptly to uphold trust and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with key account customers to review goals and oversee projects and initiatives supporting key accounts.
Efficiently implement and onboard new key account businesses.
Utilize CRM tools to forecast, manage, and track potential leads, preparing comprehensive progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify, analyze, and close business opportunities for key accounts.
All other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Travel Required
Extensive travel up to 70%.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree concentration preferred in the health of life sciences.
· Working experience in a healthcare, clinical, or science related field, preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Hearing Care industry.
· Proven experience as a key account manager and/or sales operations manager.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across various organizational levels.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Able to lift up to 20lbs.

Pay Transparency
Compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000
Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
