Product Manager - Neuro
Location: Oakville, ON with Hybrid or Remote option available
As a TEAMMATE:
Natus is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our growing Natus Product Management team. As the leading manufacturer of Neurodiagnostic medical devices and software, Natus has an outstanding opportunity within the Brain (EEG/PSG) group to continue development and innovation of the product portfolio. The Product Manager will be responsible for effective global and multiple product line management. We are seeking someone that has developed Saas (Software as a service) solutions, understands subscription models, etc. as we continue to build out our services.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
- Develop a product vision and strategy for the product line.
- Plan and manage the entire life cycle of a product from initial concept to end of support.
- Engage with key opinion leaders to refine and vet feature ideas and directions!
- Capture feedback (Voice of the customer) and disposition relative to the product development strategy
- Define and prioritize features and plan releases.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on vision, strategy, business goals.
- Develop business models for new product development, communicate model value to business leadership and execute new product development
- Conduct Market research and competitive analysis
- Participate in cross-functional product management teams, such as team members from R&D, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Clinical Affairs, driving all product development to release
- Support domestic and international direct and distribution sales channels as applicable
- Interface with academic luminaries and clinicians to conduct market research, supply clinical information on product issues, and establish product endorsement
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 5 years Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for a global market
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and storage technologies.
- Business model development
- Outstanding communication skills
- Familiarity with data science or signal processing is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of medical device regulations and standards is beneficial.
Travel Required: Moderate travel required
