We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation projects. What You’ll Do:
Project Leadership
- Develop and manage strategic project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead large, cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate with senior executives and key stakeholders, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Operational Excellence
- Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Implement tracking tools to monitor project performance and provide regular updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery.
Change Management
- Design and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop effective communication plans.
- Provide training and support to ensure teams are equipped to handle organizational changes.
Portfolio & Team Leadership
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Promote best practices in project management across the organization.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification: PMP highly preferred
- Experience: 10 years leading complex transformation projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and process improvement expertise.
