What You’ll Do
🛎️ Reception & Administrative Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Answer and route phone calls; take accurate messages as needed.
- Keep the front office and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Sort and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate with service providers or vendors (e.g., cleaning, IT support).
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
📱 Social Media Marketing Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Design simple, on-brand graphics using Canva (or similar tools).
- Write captions, hashtags, and calls to action tailored to our audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and propose fresh content ideas.
- Capture or source photos and videos — smartphone content is perfect!
Qualifications
- 1 year in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content styles
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later)
- Video editing, photography, writing skills or knowledge of our industry (not required).
