This role is all about ensuring an effortless customer journey, from receiving service calls and defining needs, to organizing repairs and maintenance. You'll be an indispensable resource in our team, embodying excellence in service.
Your Day-to-Day
- Efficiently manage incoming service calls and emails.
- Deliver outstanding support, maintaining communication via phone and email.
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls, working in tandem with technicians.
- Be the bridge between clients and technicians, reporting updates and setting repair timelines.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department, ensuring necessary components and accurate costing.
- Assist with the scheduling and input of new maintenance agreements.
- Manage processes for credit transactions and work order documentation.
- Support the team by coordinating end-of-month invoicing and maintaining tracking systems.
- Engage in miscellaneous tasks as directed by leadership.
What We’re Looking For

What We Offer
