What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marine Equipment Transporter position at Nauset Marine?
Nauset Marine is a reputable company that offers a unique opportunity for a CDL Boat Hauler. As a full-time, year-round position, you will be responsible for transporting boats to and from customer residences, meeting customers at boat ramps/marinas for launch, and operating a hydraulic trailer.
The successful candidate will have experience with moving boats with a forklift and transporting them to and from our other storage yards and locations. This role requires working Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday and overtime during peak seasons.
- Responsibilities:
- Transporting boats to and from customer residences, ensuring safe and efficient movement of vessels.
- Meeting customers at boat ramps/marinas for launch, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive reputation for Nauset Marine.
- Operating a hydraulic trailer, safely and efficiently loading and unloading boats.
- Transporting boats to and from our other storage yards and locations, ensuring timely delivery and preventing delays.
- Experience with moving boats with a forklift, demonstrating ability to adapt to various transportation methods.
