acai bowls, streamlined operations, and strong franchise support, we are
looking for a Director of Operations to lead systemwide execution, optimize
performance, and drive franchise owner success. Our continued growth has

Position Summary
The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of franchise operations,
ensuring consistency, efficiency, and profitability across the system. This
role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, balancing
high-level initiatives with in-field support. The Director will lead all brand
Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs), oversee new menu rollouts, strengthen supply
chain reliability, implement and support operational technology and systems,
and drive successful new store opening processes. The ideal candidate thrives
in a fast-paced, franchise-driven environment and is motivated by data-driven
decision-making, process improvement, and above all else, franchise owner
success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team with a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Drive sales improvement and streamline new store openings through improved operations, training, and execution
- Oversee Franchise Business Coaches, ensuring franchise owners implement and follow operational standards and improve their unit-level performance
- Oversee the assessment, training, and development of Franchisee Owners and General Managers on COGS, Labor, and EBITDA, and other key financial/operational requirements
- Develop and track brand KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement in guest experience, sales growth, and operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Lead new menu rollouts, ensuring seamless execution through training, supply chain coordination, and operational readiness to drive sales and profitability
- Drive supply chain reliability and efficiency while negotiating appropriate vendor partnerships to support franchise owners
- Implement and support systemwide technology upgrades to enhance store operations, improve guest experience, and drive efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar position highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operational initiatives, including menu rollouts,
- unit-level profitability, and technology and systems implementations
- Strong leadership, listening, communication, and coaching skills with a franchise owner-first mindset
- Financial acumen, including P&L management and a deep understanding of unit economics
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in the field
- Willingness to travel to support the brand, franchise owners, and field teams
