What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Manager position at Nautilus General Contractors?
Pursues sales and new business in assigned territory. Manages business development to increase market share and brand recognition. Participates in industry and networking events, client meetings and presentations. Develops relationships with industry stakeholders, including community managers, management companies, attorneys, business partners, and construction experts. Identifies new opportunities and strategies to convert leads into construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new leads through industry relationships with key stakeholders. Evaluate the lead potential and identify any obstacles with competitors or logistical challenges.
- Prioritize leads originating from Nautilus Business Consultant's consulting assignments. Identify key influencers and develop a strategic plan to position Nautilus for litigation repair projects.
- Participate in trade association / industry events monthly to increase brand awareness, build industry alliances, and gather market intelligence.
- Build relationships with community management organizations, community managers, and attorneys via strategic marketing and co-sponsored events.
- Track, update, and monitor new leads from initiation to close through the CRM database. The information must be current and in real time to ensure proposal deadlines, board meetings, interviews, presentation dates and project award dates are accurate.
- Participate in the weekly Project Management Team meetings.
- Regularly update the CRM database to maintain a current list of contacts, community managers, board members, attorneys, experts, and other networking sources.
- Prepare presentations for interviews, proposal reviews, board, and town hall meetings. Collaborate with the Construction and Project Management teams to organize the content and sales approach.
- Present and participate in board meetings, proposal presentations and town hall meetings, both virtually and in-person.
- Follow up in a timely manner on outstanding proposals.
- Meet regularly with Director of Sales and Marketing to review activities, sales strategies and progress, networking and marketing events, and goals.
- Monitor the work of Nautilus' consulting division to build a pipeline of reconstruction project leads. Identify key relationships, including managers, attorneys, experts, and board members.
- Maintain an awareness of destructive testing projects and if beneficial, attend the destructive testing.
- Schedule follow-up / touch-base calls with the manager, board members and Nautilus project manager during active construction projects to ensure we are meeting expectations. Provide support to the project manager should a problem arise during the course of the project.
- Keep accurate records of all business-related expenses, including mileage, submitting each monthly.
