The Role:

We're on the lookout for a Project Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end construction environment. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial heartbeat of our projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and accurate project billing, while addressing cost variances proactively.
• Reconcile project accounts, manage records, and collaborate on project-related financial planning.
• Serve as the financial liaison between project teams and leadership, providing critical profitability insights.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure seamless project closeouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of construction accounting experience, ideally within luxury or high-end residential projects.
• Expertise in Sage 100 Contractor and Procore Financials.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong financial analysis skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively across all levels.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
