What does a Installer/Service Technician do?
You will spend your time working in homes and businesses to install and integrate the latest in A/V and other automation technology.
- Provide excellent customer service and team communication.
- Pre-wire, install, service, and/or troubleshoot AV, network, and control systems for new construction and retrofit applications.
- Terminate various cabling such as Cat5e, Cat6, RG6, RG59, speaker cabling, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all applicable workplace areas.
- Accurately record time, products, and service items for various projects and tasks throughout the day.
- After each service or installation, provide detailed documentation of your work so that anyone on the team can pick up where you left off.

- Have own tools.
