Job Details :
4-day work week : hours are 5 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required at times due to the needs of the business.
Job Summary
The Assembler installs parts onto the boat per the description of the order by using the correct tools and proper methods to attain the correct standard in the installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, drills, screw guns, and other equipment to assemble the two parts of the boat, hull & deck
- Follow each process as carpet, transom hardware, bilge equipment, ballast tanks, deck wiring, deck hardware, stereo, and helm assemblies are being completed through an assembly line with pre-determined roll times
- Inspects all parts after production to ensure they are complete and up to quality standards
- Work in teams
- Climb in and out of the boat
