Job Description
We offer Monday to Friday the first shift, 5 : 30 am - 4 pm. Overtime may be required at times based on the needs of the business.
This is a full-time opportunity, working in the Small Parts department of our manufacturing plant. The right individual will learn to do various jobs in this department, such as infusion molding, waxing, cleaning, cutting fiberglass, and maintaining the molds that help create the best Quality boats around.
We will teach you to sand and buff the molds while drilling holes and laminating. If you are eager to work with your hands, this position is for you.
You will prep the mold for infusion, including buffing and laying the pre-cut fiberglass onto the mold to make it ready for cutting.
