Customer Relationship Manager Assistant Vice President
NAV Fund Services is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President, to drive significant growth of our unique and fast-growing Fund Administration business. The Client Relationship Manager serves clients, ensures the accuracy of client accounts and provides subject matter expertise for client satisfaction.

On a Given Day, You Will:
- Cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts, adding value through a consultative approach by anticipating client needs and implementing solutions.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction by coordinating resources, facilitating timely delivery, and effectively communicating client concerns to appropriate parties at NAV Fund Services.
- Apply fund accounting experience to provide subject matter expertise to clients.
- Assist clients and investors in using NAV's web reporting platform for flexible analytical reports and multi-dimensional queries.
- Partner with fund auditors to resolve accounting-related queries.
To Thrive, You Should:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients and funds, ensuring a smooth transition to the client relationship team.
- Liaise with clients and the client relationship team using the onboarding portal for information needs.
- Facilitate the review of fund formation and offering documents, providing clients with information on accounting-related provisions.

- Promote NAV services to prospective clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate and conduct presentations of NAV services, including demos of proprietary fund accounting systems, transfer agency system, and web portal.
- Follow up with prospective clients to confirm their needs, propose NAV solutions, and address any objections.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of fund administration or financial services experience.
- Strong knowledge of open-ended/hedge funds, closed-ended/private equity, or other alternative investment vehicles.
- Proven experience managing multiple client relationships and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Professional Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, virtual (video calls), and written communication.
- Expertise in client services to provide outstanding client and investor experiences.
- Consultative skills: proven ability to listen to clients and understand their needs, prioritizing relationship-building over hard selling.
Location:
- Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
- Hybrid schedule: Monday Wednesday in office, Thursday Friday WFH.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary, based on experience: $100,000 - $150,000/year.
