Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire buying or selling process, from initial contact to closing.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and goals.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
- List, market, and advertise properties across various channels.
- Guide sellers through staging, pricing, and presenting offers to optimize property appeal.
- Assist buyers in finding properties that match their criteria and budget.
- Negotiate offers, ensuring favorable terms for clients and smooth transactions.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing processes, working with other professionals to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay informed about changes and developments in real estate laws and regulations.
Real Estate Agent Qualification:
- Active Colorado real estate license
- Understanding of the local real estate market, current trends, property values, and neighborhoods
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills, along with organization and time management
- Confidently build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
