Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food production and preparation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in our kitchen.
Duties:
- Sanitize food preparation and serving areas
- Assist with food production and preparation under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Help with cooking and assembling meals according to dietary requirements
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dishes as needed
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food production and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
