Navajo County seeks an Attorney licensed in the State of Arizona to handle Rule 32 and Appellate Contract After Jury Trials, Bench Trials, and Violation Hearings on a 2025-2026 annual contract. Compensation is $3500 per case for appeals after jury trials, $2000 per case for appeals after bench trials and violation hearings, and $500 per case for Rule 33 hearings.
***This is an annual contract for attorney services and as such is not eligible for benefits. The attorney agrees that he/she is not an employee of the County.***
