What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRC Customer Service Liaison position at Navajo Health Foundation?
Under general supervision of the Director of PRC the employee will accomplish the Purchased Referred Care Department’s strategic objectives by planning and organizing the assigned functions required to operate and maintain departmental activities and services. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Provides excellent customer service as the front line of PRC, greeting patients and visitors at the front desk, answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate team staff for resolution.
