Review all batch records prior to Finished Lots being completed for yields and correct data entry.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Ensure all samples (bulk and card, if needed) for the batch record are enclosed.
- Calculate and verify all yields.
- Ensure all excess labels for labeling are destroyed after batch record is completed.
- Ensure all labeling has correct lot, expiration date, batch, and product information.
- Attach samples of all labeling to all batch records.
- Make labels
- Data entry experience.
- Good math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Other Skills/Requirements:
- Safety Training.
- Knife Safety Training.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Computer skills.
- No excessive absences or late arrivals.
