JOB PURPOSE:
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the MMDR project, including scheduling, communications, and record-keeping. This position ensures efficient office management while serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the MMNR project office.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications for the project team.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Oversee office budgets, supplies, and equipment.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Navajo communities and an understanding of cultural protocols is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
