- Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to weather elements during attendance at outdoor events.
- Incumbent must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility.
- Must possess and maintain a current state driver's license.
- May occasionally travel away from the normal duty station.
- May occasionally work overtime
- Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment, carrying and setting up and working from ladders and scaffolds.
- Constantly standing or walking; frequently lifting or moving objects from 30 to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals, including familiarity with applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Ability to utilize Property Management System (PMS) and/or Point of Sale (POS) system software to update room status using the in-room telephone system.
- Ability to safely and properly use common hand and power tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.
- Successful completion of National Agency Background (NACI) Check required.
- This position involves work on workdays and may involve weekends, and holidays, as well as rotating shifts.
- Lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 pounds
- May be required to possess valid driver's license as travel to other facilities within normal scope of duties may be required.
- Physical exertion is involved in standing and walking for long periods, some bending, stooping and lifting is required.
