- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, climb, stretch and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
- Must be able to life and carry supplies and materials that weight up to 40 pounds.
- Use of hand trucks and dollies may be required.
- Minimum of three years in maintenance or construction work.
- Have a practical working knowledge of subordinate duties as well as administrative requirements.
- Sound knowledge in the fields of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical maintenance.
- Skill in the use of a wide variety of equipment and tools.
- Ability to maintain records and reports.
- Knowledge of inventory procedures and controls.
- Ability to perform construction repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to instruct.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
