Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintains all major request for supplies and equipment within the fire department; 2) Utilize GPS and computer software to develop and maintain street maps (including buildings, street centerlines and hydrants) of all naval facilities within the region; 3) Assist in preparation of justification statements to support budget recommendation. (e.g, cost benefit analysis, budget plans and objectives); and 4) Drafts and develops manpower justifications to higher authority when manpower recommendations are prepared.
