Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Operation Department at the Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CENEODDIVE), Panama City, Florida of CTR FOR EXPL ORD DISP DIV. Responsibilities
- You will monitor personnel to determine the proper flow of students from initial receipt through transfer from agency.
- You will compile information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations.
- You will develop process improvement recommendations to assist managers with formulating improvement plans and strategies.
- You will develop statistical spreadsheets to illustrate whether performance goals or objectives are being met.
- You will develop executive level papers to inform leaders of the status of advanced education programs and program changes. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Providing data and information to be used for operations and training requirements; 2) Analyzing data or situations to recommend courses of action based on the analysis and trends; 3) Creating and managing databases to track metrics and analyze data; 4) Providing instructional program planning methods and techniques sufficient to determine best business practices that are based on Business Case Analysis (BCA) (i.e., personnel, equipment, facilities, and other resources) for curriculums; 5) Identifying, developing and implementing solutions to issues related to student productivity and performance; (NOTE : Your answer must be supported by information in your resume.) OR -You have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. OR -You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
