Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

- You will collect, analyze, and maintain data and metrics on midshipmen and officer candidates continuously across their four-year enrollment period.
- You will identify, distribute, and balance workloads among team members in accordance with established priorities, skill level, and occupational specializations.
- You will monitor midshipmen across their 4 years of academic education, required active-duty periods for training and periods of temporary or permanent disenrollment.
