The Screen-out Element for this position is: The ability to perform the work of a Carpenter without more than normal supervision performing duties such as: 1) Constructing and repairing wood and wood substitute structures and items requiring close fit and structural soundness; 2) Interpreting blueprints to determine the layout and work sequences of construction projects and 3) Operating power and hand tools and other woodworking equipment such as portable drills, clippers, joiners, shavers, sanders, routers, combustion type saws, drill presses and table saws.
