For the GS-12 position: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Understanding and/or providing facilities planning criteria for the Department of the Navy and applying UFC 2-000-05N criteria to facilities planning actions; 2) Providing the client with clear and concise policy and guidance for the orderly and cost effective development of shore facilities; and 3) Analyzing engineering proposals, drawings, specifications, etc. used in the design, construction and alteration of facilities, and providing technical advice to others for assigned projects. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to considered for the position.
