Duties
Manage assigned projects from cradle to grave.
Provide guidance, direction and coordination on matters associated with project scope, requirements and funding.
Provide design and technical expertise in Electrical Engineering.
Serve as the Navy Technical Representative (NTR) under the COTR (Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative).
Review plans and designs prepared by Professional Engineers in Architectural and Engineering firms, NAVFAC Washington, and Naval activities to determine their conformance with Navy and DoD criteria and contract scope
What you need:
Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any State in the U.S is required at the GS-13 grade level
United States Citizenship Required
Ability to Obtain Secret Government Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2-3 years of design experience
