Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is CURRENT registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or Guam. Do you meet this requirement? Note - If you respond "YES," you MUST provide a copy of your current registration with your application. A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical support and discipline expertise to the contracting processes related to design-build/design-bid-build, source selection processes, and design and construction program requirements to develop Architect/Engineer (AE) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs) and Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs) as well as stand-alone contracts for these services; 2) Developing or assisting in the development of Scopes of Work, market research, drafting Acquisition Plans and Source Selection Plans; 3) Participating on Technical Evaluation Teams (TETs) and Source Selection Boards (SSBs); and 4) Assisting with research to develop future requirements for AE IDIQs and MACCs.
