Duties
Prepare quality assurance plans, recommend variations in standard methods and procedures to meet unusual situations, and assure adequacy of material and equipment specifications.
Conduct pre-award site visits/conferences, identifying pertinent features to potential bidders, interpreting specifications, performance schedules, invoicing procedures.
Conducts interviews with contractor’s employees on maintenance construction contracts to assure that labor laws and regulations are being applied (Davis-Bacon requirements).
Participate on a Technical Evaluation Board (TEB) in determining which contract proposal demonstrates the most efficient and technically adequate solution to the subject Statement of Work (SOW).
What you need:
United States Citizenship Required
Ability to Obtain Secret Government Security Clearance
2-3 years of participating in pre-bid, pre-construction, pre-performance meetings
2-3 years of preparing contract quality assurance and inspection reports
2-3 years of providing technical oversight on construction, maintenance, or hazardous waste contracts
