The Construction Advisor Project Manager position will provide technical leadership, mentoring and oversight for the Construction Project Management Team, as well as support for all other functions in NRF Construction. The focus will be on MCPs and GPPs, including planning, work breakdown structure, risk identification and official submittal correspondence (such as letters and CD packages). This position will also aid and advise the Construction Management Team in determining actions for and organizing, tracking, and overseeing process improvement projects and audit finding & MAI actions.

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
