What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Distribution Systems Manager position at Naval Nuclear Laboratory?
We Are Looking For:
An experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical Systems Engineering Group at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing work packages to troubleshoot, repair, replace, or modify electrical controls and plant monitoring PLCs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop work packages to troubleshoot, repair, replace, or modify electrical controls and plant monitoring PLCs;
- Work closely with operations and stakeholder groups to develop work packages and follow the performance of work;
- Maintain strong communication skills to coordinate and resolve issues with personnel affected by work evolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science related field and 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering or science related field and 7 years of relevant experience;
- Currently or previously Shift Supervisor Part II qualified; or SIT qualified with 3 years EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program;
- Currently or previously CRE qualified; or 6 years as SRE;
