Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science-related field and 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science-related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or PhD degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science-related field; or Currently or previously NPE qualified; or CTE/ACRS and 1 year EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program; or Watch Instructor and Refueling Facility Area Refueling Engineer and 1 year as SRE.
The ideal candidate has experience involving additive manufacturing processes, materials behavior, and materials properties, as well as experience in materials testing and characterization including metallography, mechanical testing, and failure analysis.
