Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating engineering project requirements to prepare, justify, and administer budgets, monitor resources and progress with objectives, and resolve technical issues impacting the modernization and installation of ship systems for a warfare program.

Duties
- You will serve as a Technical Project Manager for the Tomahawk Project Office.
- You will represent PHDs' technical position, influence resource allocation and ensure the Fleet and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) and Modernization and Installation perspective is factored into decisions and directives.
- You will lead the engineering and logistics team analyzing and solving complex problems.
- You will provide technical review and oversight of all products and services relating to the Tomahawk Modernization and Installation Efforts at NSWC PHD.
- You will provide for the overall leadership for engineering, integration, test and evaluation and assessment of Navy's Surface Ship Combat/ Weapon Systems.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
