Summary
You will serve as a Lead Program Manager in the Fleet Support Division, within the Supply Operations and Logistics Policy at Headquarters of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

Your resume must have at least one year of Program Manager specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a mastery knowledge of supply programs and IT project management principles to best develop and implement program management strategies to provide oversight to project managers implementing supply program plans. Specialized experience must include the following: 1) Utilizing program management skills to enable planning, organizing, and directing complex team efforts including directing development of supply plans and short and long-range project goals; 2) Knowledge of Navy and/or DOD systems with an emphasis on logistics Information Technology (IT) systems; 3) Demonstrating leadership and/or managerial skills to develop and maintain a highly functioning team by facilitating, coaching, effectively communicating goals and plans, and overseeing team members.
