Summary
You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Industrial Support Department of Shipbuilding of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work which requires applying a detailed knowledge of the principles, procedures, techniques, and practices followed in the submarine new construction and repair Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program. I have experience reviewing, analyzing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the life cycle support of ILS programs. I also have experience reviewing requests of complex submarine equipment and services. Examples of specialized of includes the following: 1) Prepare budget requirements for submarine life cycle support programs; 2) Recommend detailed corrective actions to be taken by the Contractor, to ensure they remain complaint with the contract and technical specifications; 3) Prepare and review comprehensive reports and documents to summarize and present briefings on ILS matters;4) Perform analysis of the contractor's ILS program and procedures; and 5) Experience monitoring the development of the logistic data system (LDS) to ensure compliance with life cycle objectives.
