Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Regional Contracts Department, Analytics and Wireless Mobility Division of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.

Qualifications
Your resume must have one year of specialized Management and Program Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service demonstrating a mastery knowledge of project management policies and principles, including the ability to develop, execute, and maintain a communication plan in order to perform management analyses. Specialized experience must include a majority of the following duties: 1) Serve as advisor to senior-level management on all matters involving analysis of data required to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and operations in support of customer activities; 2) Familiarity with the Department of Defense Wireless Mobility Program in order to provide advice to management, colleagues and customers on difficult problems, and propose options and alternatives to customers as the authority on wireless mobility issues; 3) Manage business operations to include e-business support, training, process controls, and process improvement; and 4) Advisor to Department Head/Deputy on wireless mobility issues, to include managing partnerships on behalf of the Department of Defense; 5) Lead, supervise, and/or mentor subordinate employees through work and administrative practices, policies, and techniques.
