Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst in the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Business Department, Human Capital Division of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.

Your resume must demonstrate one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge and application of organizational development, workforce and program management, regulations, methods and procedures to conduct staffing requirements. Specialized experience must include the following: 1) Demonstrated and applied knowledge of organizational development that includes structures, manpower justification and billet and funding requirements; 2) Assemble data in clear written reports for departments, seniors, leaders and NAVSUP officials, 3) Demonstrated knowledge and experience of analytical and management techniques including the ability to apply statistical methods to staffing requirements based upon existing and projected workload across various programs; 4) Ability to give clear and concise, persuasive verbal presentations to departments, senior leaders and NAVSUP officials; 5) Lead a team of analysts to accomplish the division's mission.
