Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Procurement Analyst in the Metrics and Systems Support of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Specialized experience must include the following:1) Developing new or improved contracting systems to implement training into the activity contracting functions pursuant to statutes, operational requirements, and requirements emanating from other sources; 2) Communicating changes that are compliant/non-compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations and determining how changes made to systems outside of the contracting department ownership will impact systems administered by their team; 3) Analyzing metrics support for the Contract Department, to include ERP and Legacy reporting via SAS and other programming protocols; 4) Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjusts short term priorities.
