Qualifications:
To qualify your resume must show that you have the ability to perform the work of a WG-5413-10 Fuel Distribution Systems Operator as demonstrated through experience performing routine tasks working under normal supervision on common tasks and assisting with more complex tasks to include controlling and monitoring Petroleum Oil Lube (PLO) product movements throughout sections of pipelines, fuel farms, and/or dispensing systems; ; operating fuel distribution systems (FDS) by use of switches and valves, portable and stationary pumps, and accessory equipment; monitoring levels and pressures during transfer; conducting fuel gauging; computing fuel quantity based on temperature formulas; taking samples for testing; complying with laws and regulations for handling Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including fuels; performing preventive and/or breakdown maintenance of a FDS.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/federal-wage-system-qualifications/#url=WG-5400
