As a Senior Financial Analyst on Navan’s Strategic Finance team, your role will be critical in accelerating Navan’s strategic roadmap and taking on a variety of operational and strategic initiatives. Pay Range: $86,250 USD - $149,000 USD

- Lead and own monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, while ensuring both accuracy and timeliness
- Develop customized reporting solutions by leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization tools to provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with department leads to track expenses, review forecasts, and provide transparent financial insights
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and respond to leadership requests
- Monitor and track project milestones across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of any changes or risks
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams where necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) is preferred
- 3 years of work experience, ideally in one of the following areas Investment Banking, Public Accounting, Consulting, or Corporate Finance
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a track record of driving process improvements
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders and leaders across the organization and drive results through soft skills, not through mandates
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving, and high-intensity environments
- Position is located in New York
- Nice to have experience working with NetSuite, Workday, Greenhouse, and Anaplan
