Navan is seeking a Sr. Business Application Architect to join our growing Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will play a critically impactful and strategic role in helping Navan achieve our goals in a time of dynamic growth, driven organically and through acquisitions requiring integration.
You will lead the implementation and integration of core Finance business systems that will enhance the efficiency and enable the team to support the company’s growth. You must be passionate about data, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading change management initiatives and have experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Pay Range: $131,250 USD - $220,000 USD

What You’ll Do
- Manage the Implementation of the Netsuite ERP systems and integration through Workato to both internal and 3rd party tools
- Ability to build a data migration plan from legacy tools to Netsuite to ensure we have sufficient historical data to support reporting requirements
- Migration of data from two separate legacy ERP systems into one single Netsuite instance
- Drive the identification and assessment of automation opportunities within the organization
- Lead and/or participate in the people development process, including identifying skills needed by staff to operate software and tools across multiple international locations
- Understand and manage company wide stakeholder expectations to enable a successful partnership between them and the business systems team
- Manage ERP vendor relationships
- Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks and best practices
- Lead our agile release management process for Finance Systems
- Engage and lead external consultants in the design and implementation efforts of system and tools
- Lead and/or participate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end process testing and user acceptance testing
- Lead and/or participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
- Create and maintain process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support configuration, project management, and training
- 5-10 years of experience of supporting Netsuite in a global multi location organization
- Demonstrated experience transforming businesses through enterprise-wide large-scale initiatives like ERP implementations
- Strong project management experience and skills
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills; able to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, process teams, leadership, and third parties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise
- Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
