Background:
Navanti is seeking a NATOPS (Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization) Admin Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in an anticipated position at CFLSW at JRB Fort Worth, TX.
CFLSW requires operations and administrative services to coordinate and manage three different Type/ Models/Series (T/M/S) of assigned commercial derivative aircraft supporting the CFLSW mission. This support includes the maintenance of NATOPS program related instructions, NATOPS notes and publications, NATOPS record keeping, the schedule coordination of Crew Resource Management (CRM) classes, Passport Services to aircrew/detachment personnel and Pilot Selection Boards (PSB). General operations and administration support will include the generation and distribution of various monthly reports.

Necessary Qualifications:
The NATOPS Admin Support Specialist shall have previous Navy aircrew experience with at least 6 years of specialized experience and working knowledge of the NATOPS program; experience in planning and executing long range training schedules in accordance with NATOPS and OPNAV Programs; possess a working knowledge of Navy squadron organization; possess strong organizational, written, verbal communication skills with an ability t evaluate, analyze and adapt to change quickly as well as work with people at all levels of DON and DOD organizations; experience with personal computers and the MS suite of tools and applications.
