The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in real estate development, management, rental, leasing, or sales
- Certification in a related field (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Experience with property management software
